These Terms of Use govern your use of thehofmanngrouporc.com (the "Site"), operated by Andy Hofmann, Sales Associate with Swenson & Ecuyer Realty ("Andy," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is for

The Site provides general information about real estate at Ocean Reef® at Key Largo and about Andy's services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy property where that would not be allowed by law. Using the Site, or contacting Andy through it, does not by itself create an agency or client relationship. That only happens through a written agreement.

Listing information

Listing data is provided by the Central Listing Service at Ocean Reef® through NAVICA. It is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify properties you may be interested in purchasing. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Prices, availability, square footage, features and other details can change or contain errors and should be independently verified. Listings are subject to prior sale, change or withdrawal.

Calculators, estimates and free resources

The Site may offer tools and resources such as mortgage or cost calculators, home value estimates, guides and reports. These give general estimates only, based on the numbers you enter and on assumptions that may not fit your situation. They are not a loan offer, a pre-approval, an appraisal, or a quote of actual costs, rates, taxes, insurance, dues or fees. Always confirm figures with a licensed lender, appraiser, insurance agent, attorney or the relevant association before making a decision.
