Andy Hofmann wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We test the Site with automated accessibility tools and by hand, and we fix issues as we find them.

What we have done

• Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
• Pages use proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can move around them.
• Images carry text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Animation is reduced when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Text is sized to scale with your browser's zoom settings.

Known limitations

Listing descriptions and photos come from the Central Listing Service at Ocean Reef® MLS feed. Some listing photos may not have detailed descriptions. If you need any listing described or provided in another format, Andy will gladly help.
